Identification process

OPAP SPORTS LTD is obliged, in accordance with the "Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Laws   2007 (188 (I) / 2007) (as amended)", to apply identification procedures and due diligence measures as to the customer either during the collection of winnings or during the wagering of a stake, or both, when carrying out transactions amounting to two thousand euros (€ 2.000,00) or more, whether the transaction is carried out in a single operation or in several operations which appear to be linked.

By completing this application you provide the information required to proceed with the payment request. OPAP SPORTS LTD in accordance with the "Protection of Individuals Against the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data Law of 2018, as the Controller, will process the application, your data and any accompanying documents that you submit for the purpose of examining your request and will keep them for as long as required by applicable law and the pursuit of its legal interests, while providing access to your data through your registration at allwybetshop.info. How to verify

You can perform the identification by scanning the QR code of the ticket from your mobile phone camera or by entering the 13-digit ticket number through BETMAKER at www.allwybetshop.info by clicking the corresponding "Verification" button on the main page and following the instructions.

Identification data

Please enter your Full Name, Mobile Phone Number, Place of Birth, Nationality, Date of Birth, ID Card or Passport Number (exactly as it appears on the relevant document), and your Permanent Residential Address.

Then, please attach (upload) the following documents:

• Copy of your Identity Card (photograph of both sides)
• Or a copy of your Passport

Note: In special cases, you may be asked to provide additional documents such as IBAN, ARC, Utility Bill issued within the last six (6) months, etc.

Approval of identification

If the information and documents are correct within a few minutes you will receive a message (sms) on your mobile phone.

In case the data is incomplete OPAP SPORTS will contact you by phone or via message to complete the process.

Redemption of ticket after identification

Any winning ticket with a profit equal to or greater than two thousand euros (€ 2.000,00) and less than ten thousand euros (€ 10.000,00), can be redeemed and paid at the agency.

Any winning ticket with a profit equal to or greater than ten thousand euros (€ 10.000,00), can be redeemed and paid only through the headquarters of OPAP SPORTS LTD.

Support

In case you do not have the possibility of identification electronically (via BETMAKER), you can make your identification at the headquarters of OPAP SPORTS LTD every Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 by submitting the necessary documents.
